Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery at any time on our shipping partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the system.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering (including house number, company name, etc.).

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

Your order is fully insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@vacuumcleaner.shop. If your package shows as delivered according to the tracking information but you have not received it, please contact us. We will promptly initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
